The Role:

We are looking for Freelance producers to regularly collaborate with across the end-to-end management of both internal and client creative projects. This will require for you to be highly driven and organised with attention to detail. You'll work across projects working with labels, independent artists and brands to produce ahead of the curve creative.

We are a fast-growing creative ad studio in the relentless pursuit to deliver data-backed ideas born out of youth culture for a wide variety of clients across music, fashion, and e-commerce. We are learning every day, and do not take no for an answer when it comes to our clients' success.

Key Requirements:
• Experience producing both Music Videos & Commercials at a variety of budgets (production management, crew selection, insurances, logistics, creative refinement, document production, etc).
• An understanding of industry-standard equipment and kit lists (cinema camera systems, editing softwares, lighting, etc).
• Good relationships within the London production and wider creative community.
• An interest and understanding of pop youth culture across fashion, film, and music.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment as a self-starter who requires minimal oversight and is able to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks when required.
• Driving License with access to vehicle (or suitability to drive hired vans and cars).

When & Where:

If successful, we have productions ongoing on a weekly basis. Productions are usually within the London area but can also span across the country and European mainland
