We're producing a live-streamed magazine show with a small in-studio audience. After a strong first episode, we're now seeking an experienced, organised and energetic Floor Manager to ensure future recordings run smoothly.

About the show:
Two hosts lead the programme, which includes VT segments, studio and remote interviews, and light comedic elements. The format moves quickly, so we need someone comfortable coordinating a live environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the studio floor during live and pre-recorded segments

Communicate clearly between producers, talent and technical teams

Keep timings on track and ensure smooth transitions between segments

Oversee audience handling and studio movement

Support presenters and guests with cues and information

Requirements:

Proven experience in live TV or live event floor management

Strong communication and timing skills

Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve

Reliable, organised and comfortable working with a small crew
