ZEALOT is an international creative agency with offices in London, NY and LA, specialising in the film and television industry (trailers, TV spots, digital and promos), whose clients include Netflix, Universal, Lionsgate and ITV amongst others.We are looking for a new full-time Finishing Coordinator to join our busy team and take the lead in developing this area as we expand our business.The ideal candidate will have a passion for film/TV, be self-motivated, focused and technically proficient. They must have an advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro as well as a strong attention to detail. They must be able to deliver a multitude of projects ranging from theatrical (DCP, 5.1, ATMOS) and TV (UK and International broadcast) to digital and live events.The successful candidate will be working alongside our Producers, Editors and AE's with a focus on online editing and finishing. They will be expected to plan and organise resources to ensure the delivery of a project is on time and to the correct specifications. Primary responsibilities will be to check, analyse and feedback on new materials, set upand prep new projects, online and overcut materials once creative is locked, prepare projects for finishing in both audio and video departments and to deliver the projects to the correct specifications required. Once the project is finished, they will be expected to archive the project internally.The right candidate will also be expected to research and develop new and more efficient ways of working within the finishing area and they must be up to date on the latest software releases and be able to advise the company on the best technical options. This is a job for an experienced candidate with a passion for the technical side of editing and AV.REQUIREMENTS:* 2 years industry experience minimum* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Codecs and AV Specifications Proficiency with Avid, Aspera and basic Office software (Excel, Word etc) Knowledge of After Effects, InDesign and DaVinci is a plus* Ability to work under time pressure and be well organised* Be motivated, hungry to learn and willing to make business recommendations Be London-based and legally able to work in the UKOnly candidates who submit a portfolio of their work along with CV/cover letter will be considered.
