This is a career position within a growing Software House delivering Production Financial and Accounting Systems to the independent Film and Television production Industry.

The job suits a part-qualified accountant with at least 2 years experience working in an accounting department wanting a career change or as support executive with dealer/supplier of accounting systems.

This role is expected to be mainly office based delivering application and technical support over the telephone or online to a wide range of users working in Film and TV production as well as in accounts.

The ideal candidate will have working experience of one or more of these accounting applications such as Sage Line 500/200/50, Access Accounts, Opera, Sun Accounts, Oracle Financials, SAP, TAS Books, JD Edwards and so on.

There will be periods when you have to solve problems and deliver solutions on your own so the ability to take initiative is vital. However, most of the time you will be expected to contribute fully as a member of a close knit client support team.
