Wise Buddah is a company specialising in Radio Programme Production, Audio Post-Production Facilities, Talent Management, and Jingles & Station Imaging. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:

·Assisting with the purchase and sales ledgers
·Credit Control and debt chasing
·Preparing and banking all monies received daily
·Assisting with preparation of financial reports
·Undertaking all necessary general finance office filing duties
·Other duties to support the admin and finance team as directed

The successful candidate will be extremely organised and have good numeracy and communication skills.

IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential; previous experience of using Sage Line 50 or another accounts package is desirable. Credit control experience is an advantage.

Candidates must have a methodical approach to their work and be able to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines.

Previous experience of working in a finance role is desirable.
