We currently have a vacancy for a Finance and Production coordinator based in our Chiswick office. The successful candidate will have production and finance experience in the television industry.You will need to be extremely organised and have strong attention to detail with a good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience using an accounting package would be an advantage. Duties will include:¿ Dealing with all company invoices including TWI and AP re-charges¿ Processing and authorising company petty cash, crew per diems and company expenses¿ SAP journal entries / financial reports¿ Reconciling all company accounts against SAP¿ Processing Management Amex accounts ¿ Monitoring crew equipment and shipments¿ Assisting with the organisation of crew travel/ accommodation¿ Health and Safety / Risk assessment¿ Finance and Management meeting minutes¿ Updating website¿ Recording holiday and sick leave¿ Press cards¿ Stationary ordering¿ Contract tracking/organisation¿ Client list / monthly prospect administration
