Filmmaker

Perspective Pictures is looking for a new full-time filmmaker to join our dynamic production team. Working on large and small productions, with clients including RedBull, Deliveroo, and Rolls Royce.

The role will be mainly camera operating and cinematography based, while also editing in our office during days with no shoots.

The Person:
A creative mind that finds something fresh in ANY environment.
Confident & proficient in handling a vast variety of film equipment from all departments.
Experience with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro Primarily, After Effects knowledge also a bonus).
A deep wealth of camera usage, from any and all manufacturers (previous use of any RED camera from the DSMC - DSMC2 range is a bonus).
Happy and comfortable with travel (domestically and internationally).
Previous experience on set, as either a freelancer or part of another production house.
A full UK Drivers license is preferred but not required.
Have a good understanding of the ins and outs of every large social media platform.

Main Responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with the various departments at Perspective.
Travelling to a vast array of weird and wonderful locations.
Shooting all content as required to a high and consistent standard.
Handling, managing and maintaining any equipment, both in house and rented.
Working and interacting directly with clients and talent to achieve everyone's goals.
Handling data correctly, and making sure it's backed-up, archived & distributed to the correct locations.
Keeping an eye on the ever adapting landscape in the world of film.
Make cool sh*t.
