MSX International is looking for an experienced Film & Animation Developer to join our busy JLR team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to use their skills, expertise and knowledge in crafting visuals to enhance the learning experience.


The Role
As a Video & Animation Developer, you will be part of our Film and Animation Team and create engaging content to support learning for the Global Retail Network. From supporting on multi crew productions to creating animations this role will cover all aspects of film production and animation.


As part of this role, you will:
creating video assets
creating animated content
delivering Assets on time versus Project Planner
internal quality metrics
complete occasional modelling if required
utilise a variety of development tools to populate media content
liaise with Subject Matter Experts to clarify requirements


About you
Our ideal Film & Animation Developer is a motivated and creative person with good communication skill, who has demonstrable experience of using 3D Animation software as well as shooting video content.


Essential:
Knowledge of storyboarding and pre-production
Experience using Adobe After Effects
Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies


Desirable:
Experience in Blender or VRED in particular, but other 3D packages would be useful.
Experience creating 2D animations in After Effects
Illustration skills
Experience using Sony Alpha Camera Systems
Experience in video lighting
Experience using Unreal Engine
This is an agile working opportunity, but candidates will be expected to attend local offices in Gaydon and Fen End when required.
