We are looking for a skilled Film Innovation Supervisor to work closely with the UK and US teams to deliver high quality client visually translated film and TV projects. You will oversee and manage the development and approval stages of this exciting product that is revolutionising the Film and TV industry.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the 'visual dubbing' of film and TV shows
Manage small UK-based teams and their tasks
Work closely with the UK and US Production Leads to maintain high-quality standards in a deadline-driven environment
QC every stage of projects though the visual dubbing process
Gain a deep understanding of the visual dubbing process to assist, identify and solve problems
Liaise with other UK & US supervisors to streamline processes on an ongoing basis for efficiency and quality

Requirements
Strong familiarity with TV/film post-production workflow (from shooting to final delivery)
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (preferably DaVinci Resolve - as an editing tool, rather than color correction - but can be e.g. Avid, Adobe Premiere)
Experience handling a range of file formats and color spaces (preferably including EXRs and ACES color space)
Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
Great attitude and approach to work

Bonus Skills
Experience overseeing a team of 3 or more people in a deadline-driven environment
Flow (ShotGrid/Shotgun) or other task management database
Experience in picture QC/review processes.
Excellent attention to detail
