Film Festival - Workshop Tutor

The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts is looking for two Masterclass Tutors for our North and South Film Festivals taking place in October.

We are looking for two different people, one local to Sheffield and the other local to London.

We are looking for professionals with extensive credits in their specialist area and that have experience working with children. Each person will be required to devise and run 2 x 40 minute workshops for a group of between 30-50 6-9 year olds. (The groups will switch so you only need to devise one workshop which you will run twice). The workshop should comprise of a 10 minute introduction to your area of expertise followed by 30 minutes of hands on/interactive type activity. We will consider all areas but are especially interested to hear from those working in production design, special effects make-up, foley sound and stop motion animation.

Sheffield - Sunday 16 October - approx. 10am - 1.30pm
London - Sunday 30 October - approx. 10am - 1.30pm
