Film Editor (Full-time Job)

Location: BERLIN, Germany - This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it's the "Netflix" of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin, it has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide. The top countries are the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow-Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

Who you are:
We are looking for a Video Editor who is not just a cutter but thinks like a Creative Video Producer. You work independently, understand storytelling, and can manage freelancers by providing feedback and ensuring their work aligns with our creative vision.

• You take ownership - From concept to final edit, you create high-quality videos while collaborating with our internal team and external support when needed.
• You manage and collaborate - While hands-on with editing, you also oversee freelancers, guide their work, and maintain creative consistency across projects.
• You are versatile - You explore new tools, handle basic graphics when needed, and enjoy bringing fresh creative ideas to your work.
• You use modern tools - You edit in Adobe Premiere and integrate AI-driven workflows to streamline production.

Minimum Requirements:
Over 3 years work experience
Expertise in Adobe Premiere
