Field Operations Manager

Milton Keynes

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Field Operations Manager to manage our Field team and support our biggest clients. Visiting our client's stores to merchandise their displays, completing visit reports and leading the team of Visual Merchandisers will be the day-to-day role, but there will also be exciting opportunities to work on brand new retail concepts and manage these from concept stage through to launch.

Our client's stores can all vary in terms of size, types of fixtures and breadth of product range, so it's important that our Field Operations Manager is creative in their approach to problem solving, and tenacious enough to find solutions that work for each store.

The ted Retail & Merchandising motto is "We make retail spectacular" - our Field Operations Manager will be at the forefront of introducing innovative new retail concepts to our clients, keeping up with the latest retail experience trends and managing the delivery of these new stores.

This role comes with a company car and all travel expenses will be paid in line with the company's expenses policy. The successful candidate may need to spend approx. 2-3 nights away from home per week during Peak trading periods - it's essential that this is considered thoroughly before applying.
