Working closely with the Animation Supervisor/Director, you will be animating characters and creatures, ensuring that the animation is completed and delivered on time, to the agreed quality standards, keeping it aligned to the clients' briefs.

Responsibilities

Providing?the best?possible?character/creature?animation, which is in line with the style of the show
Liaising with the Lead Animator and the Animation Director?to make sure feedback from the client are correctly addressed and fixes to the animation are carried out
Liaising with the team of animators and the production team to make sure tasks?are completely?in a timely manner, meeting deadlines
Adapting?to the style of animation that the specific show requires
Understanding and focus the implications of performance, style, quality, continuity, technical, scheduling and budgetary requirements of the Production.

What we're looking for

Extensive knowledge of Maya
Knowledge of timing, posing, acting and storytelling techniques
Strong understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, perspective and composition
Experience working on feature and/or episodic productions
Organisation and attention to detail/accuracy
Ability to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure
Proactive approach - continuously finding ways to improve processes for ease and efficiency
Willingness to take direction and receive constructive feedback
