If so, we would love to hear from you - we are looking for an experienced, creative and multi-skilled producer to join our team. You should be an accomplished camera operator and editor. Comfortable filming on location solo and in crews, plus editing content that is modern and dynamic with an understanding of narrative and client expectations.

We work with clients such as England Rugby, Royal Navy, O2, Harlequins, The FA, World Rugby, British and Irish Lions, Gloucester Rugby, Honda, British Airways, Barbarians and many more.

The Media Bunker is a digital video production company with a highly skilled, creative team. We produce long and short form videos and features for our client's websites and social media channels; from 5" Tik Toks to 60 minute YT documentaries.

Our team is growing at a healthy pace and now looking for a talented and experienced operator who wants creative freedom to produce brilliant content and wants to contribute to our ongoing development.

The Role

- You will need to shoot (Sony FX cameras) and edit (Adobe Creative Suite) to a professional standard on a daily basis
- You will have 4-5 years professional digital production experience in sport and other genres
- You will have some skills and understanding of animation and graphics (After Effects)
- You will have experience of working in elite sport environments
- You will have a passion for sport, production and digital
- You're looking for an opportunity to grow & develop, whilst leading and inspiring others

The Package

This is a full time, PAYE role, with potential hybrid/ flexible working from our office on the south coast (PO14).

Salary: £40k + (dependant on experience)
Location: Our office is at PO14, you'll be expected to work from the office for a minimum of 2 x days per week, the rest made up of location filming and flexible working
Leave: 22 days + public holidays
Pension: Workplace Pension Scheme
Training: Budget available for external training/upskilling
Hours: 40 per week, flexible, some weekend work
