We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer who can handle large complex projects with multiple stakeholders and see them through from brief to completion, a creative individual with a ton of ideas in their head and a desire to produce some fantastic work. You need to be able to develop ideas from an initial thought to a fully worked out creative proposal. You also need to be able to sell that idea to clients both face to face and through proposal decks. Creative writing is also a must as is an ability to be able to lead project teams in coming up with ideas and developing the work.

You should have a track record of producing some great work (no cheese) both shot and animated/motion gfx. You should also have a track record of cultivating client relationships, leading teams and developing junior talent. We want you to have great taste in terms of art direction and storytelling, be a true collaborator and be passionate about what you do.

You will play the lead role in our moving image projects. From taking the brief to overseeing creative development, from presenting to clients to hiring all the key members of the team, you need to steer the project through the myriad of stakeholders to a final execution that achieves all its intended objectives and is also a project of which you are proud. Creative development is the most important part of the process and it is crucial that you can manage the creative process and continue to develop an idea until it is completely clear and has a good chance of being executed in a way that is faithful to the concept. Good technical knowledge and attention to detail need to accompany that creative ability.
