Fable Films is looking for a Senior / Executive Producer to join the team based in Soho, London. The role is multi-faceted and will suit an all-rounder who has helped shape companies from the ground up.

Fable's work spans branded content, commercials, film and tv. We make everything from award winning Netflix documentaries through to television commercials. Many of our shoots take place overseas, often in remote (and very beautiful!) locations. Our clients are a mix of brands, agencies and traditional and online broadcasters. We also develop our own original projects for film and television.

We are a small team and so the successful applicant will need to get involved in all aspects of what we do, and have a strong background in the financial, logistical and creative elements of production. Experience winning new business in the production / agency space is essential.

Key Roles

· Creation and execution of commercial strategy to encompass sales, marketing, PR, internal budgeting and new business.
· Identify and drive new business opportunities with future and existing clients.
· Work on creative ideation for pitches and presentations, responding to briefs or recommending alternative/additional scopes of work.
· Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way.
· Monitor and reconfigure internal processes and budgets.
· Find creative and effective means to spread the word about Fable and to support the launch of original content.

Qualifications

· Strong project management, organisational and communication skills
· Strong budgeting and commercial sense.
· Track record of winning work and growing revenue.
· Strong creative skills and appreciation of art direction and copywriting.
· Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence.
