Executive Producer

London

In this role, you'll focus on guiding the development and production of international, strong, inspiring content for all platforms, of all forms and durations, connecting with audiences worldwide and going beyond the ordinary.

You'll guide creative unit's production of moving image productions - for all platforms - ensuring they are executed in line with Red Bull's brand attributes, editorial values and quality standards.

#GIVING GUIDANCE
- You'll oversee the process from development, concept phase to delivery, actively taking part in production or post-production on-site if needed.
- You'll evaluate delivered concepts and treatments, providing development feedback and monitor the development/production/delivery process of all assigned projects. Reminding stakeholders and producers of deliveries and deadlines and ensuring tracking tools are up to date and reliable will also be part of your role.

#TAKING PART
- Another aspect of this role will be to generate new ideas and concepts in collaboration with different teams and departments. Maintaining effective workflows with different departments to ensure transparency and efficiency is key.
- Furthermore, you'll actively participate in informative and motivational workshops, preparing presentations and reports as well as presenting content, editorial direction and workflows.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- University Degree (ideally in Film Studies, Journalism or similar)
- At least 6 years of experience, currently at Senior / Executive Producer level in an established media market
- Experience in series production or commissioning in non-scripted, factual entertainment
- A creative instinct for producing story-driven, visually strong, distinctive content - long, mid and short form
- Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions
- Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners & clear understanding of international content market, audience, ratings, etc.
- Additional experience in writing for television, filming, editing, production management and other aspects of development and production
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Travel up to: 10%
