Executive Producer

You'll be joining the team behind one of Scotland's biggest and most loved radio shows, Boogie in the Morning. Broadcasting across Hits Radio Network Scotland (including Forth 1), this is a high-profile, award-winning breakfast show delivering strong audience results.

This is a collaborative, fast-moving environment where presenters, producers and the wider content team work closely together to create bold, personality-led content. You will work alongside an experienced producer, presenters and multi-platform teams to deliver standout content every day.

Your role

You will lead the day-to-day production and creative delivery of a major breakfast show, ensuring high-quality and engaging output.
Plan, produce and deliver live breakfast shows
Generate original, engaging content ideas
Work closely with presenters to maximise performance
Manage fast-paced, live studio output
Extend content across social, video and digital platforms
Support guests, features and competitions
Collaborate with content, marketing and digital teams
Maintain strong editorial judgement and output quality


The Skills you will bring

Proven radio/audio producer experience
Experience working with presenters or on-air talent
Strong creative thinking and content development ability
Experience in a live studio environment
Strong editorial judgement and organisation skills
Ability to manage and develop talent


Nice to have:

Network show experience
Knowledge of the Scottish media market
Audio editing/production skills
Social and video content experience


Working Pattern / Location

Studio-based role in Edinburgh (St James Quarter) with early morning starts. Flexibility to work remotely after show and post-production.
