Where does this role fit in?

We're looking for an Executive Film Director to Join Team ITG and lead our new state-of-the-art Film and Photography facility. With a heritage in film and an exciting portfolio to share, your role will be to face out from this studio and to build a strong sustainable business. Leading the way with client conversations, your role will encompass creative and commercial responsibilities, you'll inspire all those around you to deliver the very best work they can.

Responsibilities will include -

Efficient running of the studio as well as managing profitability
Managing new business growth across the studio, making sure we are expanding our reach
Monthly reporting to the Creative Services board
Managing partnerships with our tech teams in moving towards automation of asset generation

You have significant senior client exposure, responsibility, and influence
You hold excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills

You have an eye for detail to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard
You have experience of working at large scales/volumes and crafting a masterpiece.
You are an exceptional manager of people and clients
