Executive Assistant for a Director/Producer

Based primarily 20 minutes from Banbury OX17. Will need to be on location/set when required or in the London office.

Salary £45k-£50k dependent on experience.

Working in a dynamic, creative environment as part of a growing team we are looking for a committed, efficient and personable Executive Assistant to manage and run an individual's busy schedule predominantly with a business focus.

The EA must be flexible and must not be fazed by VIPs. Film/TV industry experience is essential. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be available out of hours and weekends as and when required, and longer hours during filming.

The ideal candidate must be flexible in terms of location. The role is mainly based in Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire but you may from time to time be based at other offices within the company, and different locations and sets during filming.

A proportion of the tasks will be related to global business; therefore, the EA must manage their time, with the awareness of time differences and international office opening hours.

The role requires some management skills. We require an individual who becomes the gate keeper for the principal and has the ability to understand and prioritise what is important to discuss in a very limited amount of time. Someone who can be reactive, tenacious, calm but confident and work on the go.
