Job Title: Event Planner
Job Summary: Plans and executes marketing events, such as trade shows and customer related events.
FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt

What you'll do

Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
Procures and coordinates vendor services.
Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements.
Provides on-site event support.
Research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
What you'll bring

Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to respond to problems and to assist others with a calm, courteous, and helpful manner and attitude.
Thorough understanding of legal regulations and permits required for events.
A valid passport and ability to travel when needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between £58,000.00 - £68,400.00. Full Range: £58,000.00 - £86,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
