Full Time Primary FunctionIn a global corporate media production environment, work as a key member of a team to create high-quality video and effective motion graphics. Support a small team of production professionals by assisting with studio & field shoots. Responsibilities & DutiesWork closely with staff, crew and Producer(s) to complete video & media projects using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Production Suite software.Coordinate all aspects of Editing as needed; interface with client and producer; work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each projectMake creative decisions regarding the editing of projects based on written scripts or input from producer, creative director, and/or client, and ensuring quality control and consistency on final project.Perform editorial functions including rough cuts, graphic design & integration, audio sweetening, color correction and final deliveryMaintain an organized post production workflow and adhere to folder structure for ease of project pass on and or archiving later on.Perform basic troubleshooting and minor engineering of edit suite and media storage systemIntegrate design elements into finished video projects, presentations, web or print materialsWork closely with internal staff, freelancers and clients to obtain desired results on video and graphic design projects.Work in the most proactive, creative and professional manner to provide the highest level of service to our clientsCollaborate with production team to develop creative concepts and branding for final piecesAssist with studio and field shoots to capture appropriate contentOther duties as assigned Skills RequirementsStoryteller capable of concept development, storyboarding and unsupervised editsCandidate must be proactive and a team playerProficient with Adobe PremiereKnowledge of production & design software such as Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Motion, Photoshop, and Illustrator and other animation programs is requiredWell organized and capable of handling multiple assignmentsFamiliar with all types of video production equipment & processesFully capable of accurate time and resource budgetingAbility to conform to client-specific design requirements, from conservative to cutting edgeSensitivity and tact in dealing with staff/partners/clients at different levels in a corporate environmentStrong results orientation with a flexible attitude to deliver seamless and timely services to customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills Education & Experience3+ years editing & design experience (corporate video preferred, new media, broadcast)Degree in Communications, Media Design, Video/Film Production or related field is preferredCorporate or broadcast video production experience preferredCandidates should have reel/samples available online/electronically for review Additional InformationMust be authorized to work in the UKApplicant must have valid passport and be willing to undergo background checks and drug screenCandidate should be willing to travel nationally and internationally on occasionNo relocation is provided for this position
