Looking for a full-time editor with at least one year experience who can join us for a few months with potential of joining more permanently.

We are documentary filmmakers that launched a company earlier this year to cater for a number of branded projects as well as originals for broadcast.

We're looking for someone who is interested in growing with our team, likely someone with a few years experience at a company but now looking for their second job. This would start end of January 2022 and, as we are working remotely at the moment, would require for you to have a computer to work from.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To collaborate with the Producers and Directors to effectively deliver their vision, contributing along the way.
Able to manage multiple edits, have outstanding organisational skills; able to use initiative and to work in pressurised environment during peak times
Understanding of how to work alongside VFX, motion graphics, CG artists, Colourists and Post Producers to deliver exciting creative edits.
Able to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors
Quality control the asset and version it to appropriate delivery specs so must have the technical know-how of exporting assets
Prolific with Premiere Pro, knowledge of After Effects and nice if you have an interest/dabbled in motion graphics
Assisting with technical aspects of the company; editing sizzle reels, sourcing post-production partners, helping with the website (yet to launch!)
Salary: £1,700 - 2,300 per month DOE
