Editor/Camera Operators

London WC1

Highly skilled editor & camera operator sought by top London studio specialising in documentaries, promos & event films.

ABOUT US: Bloomsbury Films is an international award-winning production company founded in 2006. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly talented film-maker to join our studio on a full-time basis.

ABOUT YOU: You will be perfect for this role if you have at least 5 year's experience creating cutting edge films within the corporate, commercial or broadcast sectors. You will be highly motivated and looking for the freedom and support to expand your creative abilities in a stable long-term position. Your skill base will include:

• Cinematography (inc. rigs, gimbals & grip equipment)
• Video editing with Adobe CC
• Pro sound recording & sound design
• Motion graphics and animated effects
• Colour grading & photo editing
• Digital asset management

Besides the above, you will have a distinct advantage in your application if you are:

• Native-level English speaker
• Have a clean driver's licence
• Can demonstrate phenomenal attention to detail
• Show an ability to take responsibility & solve problems

WORKING CONDITIONS: The job is located at our studio in London WC1, but will involve some travel inc overseas. A flexible 40-hour week will often include work on evenings, weekend & public holidays (time given in lieu). This is a permanent contract with full holiday entitlement & pension contributions.

SALARY: Staring salary up to £25,000pa. There is no restrictions on age, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity. Relocating candidates welcome. Role expected to commence July 2019.
