Editor (Final Cut Pro X)

We are looking for a Final Cut Pro X Editor to join the post-production team within a small & friendly creative studio, specialising in the luxury sector, in South West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an editor, with at least three years' experience, to produce high quality content that matches client expectations in this sector. This is a new role that has been created due to company growth as the demand for video solutions in this market has grown exponentially.

This role is a key addition to our client, which will enable them to maintain and continue to grow their leading position within the chosen market.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the team to create content based on a client brief including, but not limited to; promos, events films, corporate documentaries and social media.
• To communicate brand stories and values, interpreting scripts with creative flair.
• Develop video content and ideas for the promotion of the client's business.
• Build dynamic text elements using Photoshop & After Effects.
• Suggest and cut different music tracks to suit different edits.
• Work independently and quickly through feedback to the deadlines given.
• Ensure production process and ideas stay current, share and promote cultural and technological trends.
• Archiving and file management.

Key skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Final Cut Pro X.
• Good knowledge of Adobe CC including Photoshop & After Effects.
• Experience of grading and sound mixing.
• Ability to identify and focus on detail.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Well organised and an ability to work collaboratively.
• Easily respond to critical feedback.
• A good understanding of storytelling and an ability to create visually exciting content.
• An eclectic knowledge of music and a love of film, art and culture.
