Job Title: Editor - Freelance Talent Pool
Location: London (Hybrid - On-site required for key edit days)
Contract Type: Freelance (Project-based, with potential for ongoing work)

About the Role
Atomized Studios is building a freelance talent pool of Editors to support our expanding slate of short-form digital content. We're looking for creative, technically skilled editors who can deliver high-quality sizzles, branded films, corporate pieces, and editorial content for some of the world's most influential brands, institutions, and changemakers.
This is an opportunity to collaborate with a BAFTA-winning production company known for crafting visually striking, purpose-driven content. Editors will be engaged on a freelance, project-by-project basis, with key edit days required on-site at our London office.
Responsibilities

Edit short-form digital content including sizzles, branded films, and corporate pieces
Collaborate with producers and creatives to shape narrative and visual tone
Use Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver polished, platform-ready edits
Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements (After Effects a plus)
Respond to feedback from senior stakeholders and implement revisions efficiently
Maintain organised project files and media asset management
Ensure content meets technical specs and creative standards across platforms
Contribute to creative development and visual storytelling approaches

About You

Proven experience editing short-form content for digital, branded, or corporate use
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop a strong plus)
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to work across varied formats
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Collaborative mindset and confident communicator
Comfortable working on-site in London for key edit days
