OUR TEAM

In Studio, we create ideas and bring them to life. We're a multi-disciplined team, creating content for integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences and brand identity. We currently have a team of around 40; a mix of Creatives, Brand and Digital Designers, Editors and Content Producers and Creative Project Managers, supplemented by freelancers when specialist skills are needed or workload dictates.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Editor / Shooter you will be working closely with Studio's film and production team. Your primary role will be to work in post-production, editing video content and generating motion graphics for a variety of clients and brands. In addition, there will be opportunities for you to go out and shoot content. You are a comfortable self-shooter and have a good working knowledge of a variety of digital cameras and lighting equipment.

You are an experienced and talented Video Editor with an eye for motion design, and a desire to deliver the highest standard of work.

Your video editing experience will include planning and creating video content for social media, promos and brand videos together with motion design experience that includes planning and creating animated visuals, animations and motion graphics.

You must possess an awareness of trends across social content channels and the ability to think creatively, be detail orientated and have a passion for branded content and digital media.

As a part of the film and production team, you will be involved at all stages of the creative process, from interpreting the brief, through to developing mood storyboards and rough cuts, and producing motion content suitable for publication across multiple devices. You will also be working closely with Producers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, and sector teams to bring a shared vision to life. Our ideal candidate is a team player but will need to be self-sufficient.

Commercial:

Able to edit to a high standard various type of content from high end commercial/ident work to simple talking head interviews.
Create motion end cards, high-end case study films, mood films, animated infographics and motion typography and 3D animation.
Shoot content alongside a Producer and/or Art Director - working cohesively as part of
a team.
Throughout the approval process you have the ability to accurately address all client and
internal feedback.
Able to give clear rationale on any points you may disagree with, and to propose alternative solutions.
Be responsible for delivering the final product to the required specifications.
Maintain proper server filing structure and naming conventions.
Demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current
media trends.
Work to the project timings and within the budgeted hours, flagging any commercial concerns to your producer.

Nurture talent within the teams and throughout the agency.
