Your 'A' game really needs to be editing using Final Cut Pro.
You'll need to be great with the software and able to to tell a story with your edit.
If you're genuinely interested in exploring interesting transitions and new techniques, then we'd like to talk to you.
To add to your 'A' strengths, we'd like to see a really good working knowledge of After Effects. You don't need to be an animation genius but you'll need to be able to do the basics well.
Understanding the fundamentals of audio will be important too - no good if a film looks great but sounds awful. We need someone who gets the whole picture.
After that, our 'nice to haves' would include Illustrator and Photoshop.
You'll need to have some paid experience already - at least 3 years in a professional video/editing environment. Maybe you've been working as part of an in-house video or digital marketing team, maybe you're already with an agency. Either way, you'll be ready to step up to the next level.
