You will be part of our talented team of Edit Support and Media Operators, operationally and technically supporting the creative editing teams and clients in audio, offline, online and final deliverables.

Being part of a growing multi-skilled team you will be given the opportunity to learn different skills in all aspects of technical operations including Avid Edit Support, QC, grading support working with state of the art toolsets and creating deliverables for emerging formats for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, Hollywood studios and global TV broadcasters.

ABOUT YOU
Key Skills & Experience:

Experience of a post-production environment

Knowledge of modern post production workflows, equipment and infrastructure

Sound understanding operational broadcast theory

Experience of NLE edit systems and NLE or machine room environments

Understanding of information exchange formats, such as EDLs, AFEs, XMLs, etc.

In-depth understanding of video and audio codecs, compression techniques, file transcoding and technical metadata

Understand the theory and practice of file conversion and management. Utilise software and hardware to undertake these tasks

Understand the implications of decisions and actions on the workflow

Importantly you will be a great team player and strive to provide a high level, reliable, friendly frontline service together with the rest of the technical operations team.
