Bearded Kitten is an award winning creative experience agency that prides itself on bringing innovative ideas to life.

Bearded Kitten has previously created immersive experiences such as Resident Evil 7 Live and Virtually Dead. We are proud to be working with Fever & Netflix on this new project.

Money Heist: The Experience is a first person immersive experience based on the hit TV series. Guests will have 60 minutes to carry out a heist on an international scale in an iconic London location.

DESCRIPTION

Duty Manager is the integral role to ensure we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. This role is focused on the day to day management of the event while the general manager is not present. This role will oversee the Theatre, F&B, Retail, FOH, BOH & Guest Service departments to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of team members.

THE ROLE

- Managing a team of over 50 staff.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Ensuring health & safety protocols are adhered to.
- Actioning disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Dealing with customer service issues on site.

THE PERSON

- Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role.
- Experience of event management.
- Experience of management in an immersive experience.
- A passion for high quality customer experience.
- Clear understanding and experience of health & safety management.
