Successful applicants will follow a career path that lead into industry-recognised crew positions:

+ Begin working for Procam as a driver, delivering camera kits to clients

+ Train in the kit room, where you will begin to familiarise yourself with our range of
equipment and start to go out on shoots as a runner/assistant/DIT

+ Advance into the Procam crew pool where you will specialise in your chosen field and build
up a list of credits

+ Grow as an industry professional, equipped with a range of cutting-edge skills and
knowledge base


Each trainee spends up to 12 months as a driver/runner. Once you prove yourself to be adept and a team player, you will be promoted to the Facilities Warehouse, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting jobs and have access to some of the best kit and cutting-edge technology in the business. As the largest supplier in Europe for cameras, accessories and audio equipment, you will have access to thousands of pieces of kit, ranging from cameras, dollies, jibs and Steadicam.
