Altura Learning are currently recruiting freelance directors who can work across multiple disciplines to deliver high quality educational, informative and engaging courses which follow our company ethos of 'Engage, Inform and Inspire'.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate the ability to direct mid-length scripts (20 minutes) in a structured and well-thought-out way, be a skilled television director with multi-genre capacity and will be equally adept working with actors as with non-actors.

They will also be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver educational material in a meaningful way and be able to show an imaginative and collaborative approach from concept to completion. Willingness to take constructive guidance and feedback are also a must, alongside being able to work as a collaborative production team and at times in care environments.
