Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Shape the company's objectives, structure, processes, and vision, playing a pivotal role in our growth.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and manage a roster of high-profile digital-first talent, enhancing their public brands.
Team Development: Lead and expand the Digital Talent Division by hiring, mentoring, and guiding a team of managers.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the division's P&L, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
Partnership Cultivation: Establish and maintain strong relationships across the digital landscape to elevate DBE's public reputation.
Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with existing clients to advance their digital strategies and business objectives.
Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with both budgetary and commercial goals.


Skills and Experience:

5-10 years of experience in digital talent management or a similar role.
Passionate consumer of digital content - you're always scrolling, watching, and discovering the next big creator.
Proven track record of signing, managing, and scaling digital talent careers.
Exceptional negotiation skills, including the ability to redline and close contracts.
Strong understanding of IP, licensing, and brand partnerships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
