We are looking for a director to join our growing creative team and to help deliver and expand our busy branded output.

We are an in-house team of 14, producing a mix of film, animation and VFX for global brands and the role will be a key, integral part of the team. It will suit someone who is driven and has a natural flare for making beautiful content, who has a strong eye and an ability to drive a project from start to finish, with experience working with large dynamic brands. Someone who is able to integrate within the team as well as relate to clients, who thrives off the mix of demands, from helping with pre-production to interviewing CEOs and location shoots.

The core of the role will be directing films and animations, using a mix of our own talented team and external crews, but also has the potential to develop in lots of ways. Being able to edit (to top up our in-house editor), and write creative proposals would be a bonus. It will involve international and UK travel, adopting our house style but also bringing new ideas and creative input to keep us moving forward.
