Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.What you will be doing:The Director of Digital Media will lead strategy, execution, and optimisation for paid media ad placements across digital (social, SEM, display), traditional (print, OOH), and content partnerships. This role will lead marketing counterparts, agencies, and your internal team towards the goal of efficiently creating B2B demand as measured by both brand awareness and lead gen campaigns. You will be detail-oriented, entrepreneurial spirited, and data-driven with a thirst for knowledge. Experience and passion for B2B and financial services a plus. You are hands on, and will lead the internal media team and external agencies to:Create test plans analysing targeting, creative, copy, landing pages and bid strategies to meet and exceed campaign goalsCreate forecasts based on historical performance, current and future trendsCreate, analyse paid media reports, budgets and business metricsPerform daily account management of campaigns on paid social platforms across a variety of campaignsManage budget pacing of campaigns during flights and ensure billing accuracy throughout campaign cyclesOptimise campaigns including creative variations and other important performance metrics accounting for campaign goals and KPIsCreate POVs on new digital offerings or industry trendsHelp manage and streamline departmental processesCreate and provide insights on campaign reporting across metricsWork with internal creative teams to develop assets that will work best in each spaceStay on top of the latest updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as client industry trendsCreate campaigns based on client briefs and goalsKeep to project and deliverables timelineIdentify opportunities to leverage and cross-sell other department's specialisations and offeringsWhat you bring:Ability to tell a story from data and present it in a clear and precise way for both internal and external audiencesProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organisational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detailAdded bonus if you have:Understanding of pixel implementation, tracking and QA experience preferredGoogle Analytics certification is preferred but not requiredSEM is preferred but not requiredPrior agency experience is preferred but not requiredWhat we offer you:A competitive salary and a fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and well-beingA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated teamA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
