As a Digital Video Output Producer, this is a key role across all Sky News video outlets, from the app and website to our social platforms.

- Have demonstrable experience of publishing to Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- Create bespoke and optimised digital video content
- Ensure that all content reflects the Sky News values
- Develop video formats to increase growth, consumption and engagement on key distributed social platforms
- Work in tandem with Assistant Editors, Output Editors and News Editors to ensure accuracy and legal rigour is maintained to the highest standards
- Share best practice with your colleagues and be full of ideas and energy
- Produce Snapchat Discover stories
- Have a thorough knowledge of the news landscape in the UK and abroad

You'll have:

- First rate Adobe Premiere skills
- In-depth knowledge of the news media, emerging technologies, changing audience behaviour and new platforms
- A strong understanding of audience behaviour and demonstrable understanding of how to create compelling content services that meet or exceed their demands
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Quantel RIO would be desirable
- An attitude that reflects teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business
- Experience working within complex and multidimensional work environments
