We are seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to lead the delivery of RE:TV's evolving content strategy across digital, broadcast, events, and earned media. This role will be central to managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects as we expand editorial reach, diversify revenue streams, and scale distribution globally.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Management: * Manage the planning and execution of multi-media projects aligned with RE:TV's growth strategy. * Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for projects spanning editorial, branded content, and partnerships. * Financial management: track, forecast, and report costs.Cross-Platform Coordination: * Oversee content workflow and delivery for RE:TV channels, ensuring seamless integration across web, social, broadcast, and events. * Manage relationships with global production crews, external agencies, and distribution partners.Technology & Innovation: * Manage systems for content licensing and syndication. * Optimise and integrate RE:TV's workflow - from data and content management through to publishing tools, reporting and scheduling.Leadership & People Management: * Plan, organise, and manage project timelines and resources. * Delegate tasks across team members and monitor progress. * Make decisions on priorities, and identify and mitigate risks. * Lead and motivate the team.Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in project management within media, digital content, or broadcast environments. * Strong understanding of multi-platform content workflows and global production coordination. * Familiarity with licensing and syndication processes. * Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and database-driven systems. * Knowledge of AI tools and their application to enhance workflow automation. * Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. * Strong decision-making, risk management and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing environments.Preferred Experience * Experience managing branded content and commercial partnerships. * Familiarity with content distribution strategies across streaming, social, and broadcast platforms. * Our ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in tackling the climate and biodiversity crisis.
