Digital Production Assistant

Woodcut Media is looking for a Digital Production Assistant to join our newly assembled Digital Team, helping us to build a database of more than 600 hours of content.
The successful applicant should have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, with experience in:
- Creating and managing large spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Processing and filtering large volumes of information.
- Logging and recording information accurately and efficiently.
- Be confident managing your own time.
- Feel comfortable watching or working within the True Crime space.
We're offering an initial 12-week contract, with the potential to extend. We are continually committed to improving the diversity of the TV industry, and particularly welcome applications from all underrepresented groups and backgrounds.
Working to our Digital Exec Producer and Producer, your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to set up and manage a database to log all of our previous programming and all new content goings forwards, along with the metadata.
- Finding and recording significant information about each episode, such as a list of contributors and the location of the story.
- Working alongside other Woodcut team members and the Digital Team to make sure you have found and recorded all the information available for our programmes.
