Atomized Studios creates content for brands, organisations and broadcasters. We are a fast growing production company currently going through our next evolution; putting technology at the heart of our content offering.

This role is to work in our recently created AI focused content lab, Creative Intelligence, you'll lead the coordination and production of engaging websites and digital experiences while also exploring new and emerging technologies like AI, immersive media and creative tools.

You'll work with some of the best production and marketing talent in the business, often on projects with a strong purpose-led agenda. It's a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment, fast paced and buzzing with energy. The role reports into one of our Senior Digital Producers with whom you will often be working closely. Recent projects include:

McCain: To communicate McCain's regenerative agriculture programme, we created an interactive Smart Article designed to engage consumers, farmers, policymakers, and the media. The piece distilled complex information into a visually rich, easy-to-navigate experience, combining striking design with unique styles of interaction to bring the story to life.

EY - AI Governance: For EY's Global Centre for Board Matters, we created their first AI-driven film - pairing Non-Executive Directors with AI experts in Sydney, San Diego and London. We used human-like avatars and AI voiceovers to explain emerging tech like Quantum Computing, while live AI tools generated questions in real time.

RE:TV - 5th Anniversary Nightcap
We brought the Amazon rainforest to West London - transforming a mews house into an interactive experience. Guests entered through a fog-screen waterfall into a space animated by AI-generated visuals, motion-triggered soundscapes, and projection-mapped foliage. A multi-sensory celebration of RE:TV's 5th anniversary, The Sustainable Markets Initiative, and 40 years of Freuds.
We're looking for a Digital Producer - ideally from a digital agency background - with a strong foundation in web and interactive content production. You'll combine creative, technical and project management skills to help deliver everything from smart websites to exploratory AI and digital tools, working alongside designers, developers and clients.

Responsibilities

• You'll spend most of your time (c.70-75%) working on the development and delivery of web projects.
• This is a hybrid role combining creative, research, design, producing, coordination and delivery. You will wear many hats at different points in the project lifecycle, including Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager and Researcher.
• Work across our digital and AI work.


Website & Interactive Projects

• Taking and interpreting briefs from clients
• Working with the team (occasionally independently) on creative solutions to briefs
• Developing digital solutions and proposals, with support and oversight
• Working closely with Atomized and Freuds account teams
• Working with internal and external designers/developers/agencies to develop creative and technical solutions
• Liaise with internal design team (Freuds ID) on projects
• Obtaining costs from third party agencies or resources, then working with a Production Manager to create an overall costing
• Manage design and development with external agencies and resource
• Troubleshoot issues identified with developers and designers
• Knowledge of and ability to make CMS updates and manage content workflows
• Co-ordinate with our SEO partner company on certain projects
• Test websites on various devices including mobile
• Reviewing work and then managing the approval process with clients

AI Work

You'll also support the Creative Intelligence team in exploring and testing emerging creative technologies, especially in the AI space. This part of the role is more developmental, focused on experimentation, learning and testing new approaches.
• Research developments in the AI industry, directed by Atomized Senior Producer, that can be applied to Atomized and the wider Freuds Business
• Testing production tools once identified as a priority by the wider team
• Learning how to use our AI Media Mentor, Yoodli, implementing scenarios under the guidance of the Freuds Trainers, inviting trainees to the platform and helping them through the sign up process and use the tool.

Requirements
• 5 years digital production experience
• Passion for the world of digital and high-quality production
• Good understanding of web and general digital technology
• Curiosity in AI and some experience using tools like ChatGPT or other GenAI platforms
• Interest and ability to use design software (e.g. Photoshop or Illustrator)
• Experience in developing UX/wireframes
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients as well as external agencies
• Ability to work independently using your initiative, as well as excelling as part of a team
• Solution driven
• Highly organised
• Good communicator
• Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• An eye for detail as well as creative flair
• Adept at juggling multiple projects
