About the roleWe are looking for a savvy digital producer comfortable wearing a number of hats. Working alongside our editorial and marketing team, you'll be responsible for the delivery of our newsletters across all digital channels. In addition, you'll be the conduit between the team, our 3rd party vendors, development partners and the digital teams within DMG. You feel equally comfortable working with a CMS, Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager. In short, a hands-on digital wizard who technically understands how native digital businesses operate. Key responsibilitiesManage the delivery of our daily newsletters to our subscribers, from creation, quality control to performance monitoring and reportingManage the delivery of our newsletter content to our other digital channels like the website, our mobile apps, etcProject management of new digital initiatives collaboratively with the editorial & marketing teams. Projects could include setting up new niche newsletters, introducing new templates, re-developing the website, introducing new digital revenue models like ads or subscriptions, etc.Manage the relationship with all of our 3rd party vendors (platform and technology providers) including day to day project management of feature development, bug fixing and support ticketsManage the relationships with the wide DMG digital teams, leveraging knowledge and resources to support our digital operationsSupport the internal teams with digital performance reporting across all digital channels, for instance email campaigns, ad campaigns, social, etc Skills, knowledge and experienceYou have the ability to define and deliver digital workflows to support new newsletters, and analyze and optimize existing workflowsY0u understand how paid and organic social campaign can acquire customers for digital native brands like The Knowledge, including the platforms and technologies involvedYou understand how to keep customers engaged with digital products like apps, newsletters and websites and how various instruments can be used to segment and target audiencesYou have extensive experience with email marketing platforms like SailThru or MailChimp, from creating campaigns, templates and newsletters from scratch to automation, quality assurance and reporting on performanceYou have some coding experience; HTML/CSS, scripting languages used by email platforms.You have experience with content management systems like Wordpress or DrupalYou have experience with digital analytic tools (Google Analytics a must)Experience with the wider Google ecosystem preferred (Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager, etc)Experience with managing iOS and Android apps preferred (reporting, managing store listings, managing push notifications)You're an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written formYou're a team player who thrives in an collaborative environment, enjoys going beyond their remit and is a fast learner
