Digital Producer

London

Digital Producer role at a B2B focussed events and communications business.

If you're a talented Digital Producer with a passion for events and a proven track record of delivering outstanding event projects, this could be a great next role.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, digital events have seen a spike in demand, and the industry is finally shifting to a virtual-first mindset.

You'll be a people person at heart, with a deft hand to get to the core of a client objective or brief, and the foresight to develop and spearhead the creative direction for each digital event.

If you can navigate a client discovery session with the same flawless proficiency as you navigate the Adobe Suite, we want to hear from you.

Salary to £60,000, based South London.

The Digital Producer will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of mid to large scale digital events are delivered successfully:

Responsibilities:

Build and develop close client relationships
Fully understand the client's business and their communication objectives, and work with the client to develop leading edge digital events concepts and content
Take, challenge, and interpret client briefs
Guide the pitch response, from creative direction through to budget
Develop creative content suitable for a digital and/ or onsite audience
Manage internal technology infrastructure and stream services
Research and implement best in class streaming solutions
Brief in internal teams to develop the best possible solutions, always maintaining clear communications on expectations, and briefing in the right resources at the right time
Create a strong feedback loop, analysing all aspects of delivery to ensure a cycle of continuous improvement
Liaise with external suppliers, developing commercially strong supplier relationships that ensures quality and optimises profit

Experience and qualifications:

Experience in digital media and content production
An understanding of streaming media (audio/video), AV production, encoding, networks, servers, audio editing, is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Customer-focused with 1-3 years of customer service or operations experience
Able to demonstrate creativity, adaptability and learn new applications quickly
Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar
