Digital Producer

At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.
What You'll Do:

At Premier League Productions we create, produce and distribute all 380 Live Premier League matches, programming, digital and creative content for the most watched football league in the world. As the international broadcast partner of the Premier League, we work closely in partnership with the world's leading broadcasters to ensure the Premier League remains the most watched, valued and admired league in the world. Our purpose is to be vital to the Premier League, inspire and entertain every football fan across the world. We are passionate about what we do - creating the very best in sports content with a forward-thinking approach.

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Producer to produce content for the website, app and social media channels of the Premier League.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a permanent position based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
You will need to be able to work some weekends and unsocial hours (around match days).

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Receiving briefs from the Premier League editorial team, and coordinating a team to deliver content on a daily basis to the highest standard.
Contributing editorially relevant ideas to the daily and weekly makelist that reflect the football conversation.
Mentoring, inspiring and coaching your edit team to deliver video to digital best practices in numerous ratios.
Helping refine and optimise workflows to deliver content at scale in a timely manner.
Collaborating with all teams within Premier League Productions to maximise the effectiveness of all our content across linear and social channels.
Excellent communication with all our key stakeholders at the Premier League.
Shape how we use data and insights to track performance, optimise and report back productively to all stakeholders.
Regularly research, test and learn new ways of working including: leveraging social media trends, AI, editing best practices, or other productivity improvements.
Managing and ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Typically 3+ years digital video production experience.
Expert understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of football audiences and editorial.
Proven track record of creating video for large publishers and brands.
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects.
It would be a plus if you have experience of creating digital content for sports federations or broadcasters.
