Join us as we look to further our future as the place where the world's best stories are told.The Role:You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of image production for non-linear/digital services. This involves working closely with all members of Creative Services and other related departments. You will be accountable for the preparation and maintenance of specific documentation, maintaining the workflow (from brief to final delivery) of all assets produced and reporting on production progress as required. You will be working with guidance from the graphics team to create high quality, eye-catching images for use on digital, streaming platforms.Our offering:This role is based in the UK and working from our offices in Soho (2 days per week) and remotely from home for 3 days.We offer a supportive work environment, private medical & dental insurance, 25 days holiday and a generous pension scheme. Our offices have an on-site gym, free snacks and a great location in the centre of London.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating all requests for imagery across all non-linear outputsResponsible for the creation of certain required image assets for use across the non-linear outputsResponsible for briefing and overseeing all bookings related to the creation of imagery assetsEnsuring all imagery is QC'd and trafficked in a timely and efficient manner to all required departmentsEstablish good working relationships with connected departments (i.e. Operations, Content and New Business)Responsible for escalating any potential issues to the Digital Production Manager that may impact department workflows in a timely mannerAssist with ad hoc projects where requiredKey Competencies Required:At least 6 months experience working within a Creative or Production department.Extremely self-motivated and reliable, must demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.Calm under pressure; enjoys working across many projects simultaneously and will be able to effectively prioritise to ensure that all jobs are completed by the specified deadline.Process-driven individual who has experience dealing with high volume asset delivery.Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.Good eye for typography and an understanding of image composition.Great attention to detail.A talented organiser and effective communicator who enjoys working as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
