Avalon Factual is looking for an in-house Digital Media Asset Manager.

The main responsibilities of the role are the day-to-day management, back up and cataloguing of all our digital media assets including rushes, graphic files, casting reels, development/pitch sizzles, marketing materials, branding assets, the department's archive library and Vimeo account. It will involve liaising with production teams on wrangling kit, organising workflows and logs, working hand in hand with external post production houses and regularly assessing the department's systems, data retention and hardware requirements.

The role is based full time at the company's offices in west London. Applicants must be team players with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. We would like someone to start in the role asap and the contract would run for 6 months initially.
