South Shore Productions have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Intern to join their team.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in digital marketing, a passion for social media, is conscientious, a team player and willing to go above and beyond. What you'll do...
* Review social posts and work with the team to create the content to support the successful launch of our programmes on our own social channels.
* Work with the production teams to build a digital strategy for each programme.
* Assist in the management and delivery marketing assets to promote all South Shore productions.
* Provide support to the production teams including supplying marketing materials to internal or external contacts on request, getting copies of programmes, setting up meetings and promo briefings, creating asset market lists, helping to produce presentations, general adhoc admin duties.
* Build and maintain good relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure they are aware of and supporting marketing activity.


This job will need you to have...
* Passion & knowledge of social media and interested in all aspects of digital - must have a good understanding of and be an active user of social media.
* PowerPoint & Excel proficient and familiar with Google Docs.
* A sound understanding of day-to-day IT is essential.
* Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), along with Internet & Research proficiency.
* Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication, with excellent grammar and punctuation.
* Must be a team player.
* Must possess exceptional organisational and follow thru skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise with attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
* Have the confidence to connect with colleagues at all levels concisely and professionally.
* Proactively add value to the department through research and awareness of the industry and contacts.
* Be a self-starter with a team player attitude.
* Good video editing skills and examples of content created for social platforms.
* Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities, and last-minute deadlines.
* Demonstrate common sense, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Cope well under pressure and prioritise effectively and efficiently so that work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
* Have a 'can-do' attitude and dynamic approach to work.
