Barcroft Studios are looking for an Executive Producer with a strong understanding of digital and social content, platforms, and emerging trends in digital video, to join our team on a permanent basis. Working within a busy, dedicated and expanding team, and working closely alongside our Head of Editorial, you will help manage, develop and produce original digital, multi-platform video content as part of an established, award-winning team. We want someone looking for the next step in their career, with proven experience of creating and delivering successful documentary / factual / fact-ent digital content. In this role, you will... * Oversee the efficient production and delivery of our internal video content. * Work closely with the Barcroft TV editorial team to develop their access to amazing people and places into exciting digital first formats. * Develop fresh new series brands and formats for Barcroft channels and wider digital distribution, delivering innovative, popular factual show ideas aimed at young audiences. * Strengthen, broaden and diversify Barcroft digital video output. * Target and develop new on-screen talent suitable for young, digital-first audiences. * Be well informed of platforms, trends and developments in digital video creation and distribution.
