You will report to the Head of Digital Creative and the Director of Creative Services and will form part of the Creative team. You will be a visible leader internally and externally.You will be joining the incredibly talented in-house creative team, producing digital content.The Digital Designer is crucial in providing assets across all HTML email and banner advertising campaigns from initial design to final build and execution.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building email marketing and banner advertising campaigns.What are we looking for?Experience in a similar, in-house design role at an advertising companyRelevant Design qualification/degree courseAbility to understand, translate and deliver briefs to deadlineDemonstrates innovative thinking and strong creative executionExperience and interest in theatre arts marketingYour Responsibilities:Creating engaging banner advertising campaigns from initial design from existing branding though to the building and supply of the campaign assets.Working with the Head of Digital Creative to maintain brand identification and create innovative work.Working with the digital team in creating animated digital assets and eblasts.Critically evaluating the creative process and work to improve productivity.Partnering with other creatives to meet fast paced timelines.Integrating specific projects with overall brand standards and style guidelines.Taking ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail.RequirementsYour Skills/Qualifications:Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Google Web Design.A working knowledge of After Effects. Google Campaign Manager/Studio.
