Digital Content/Stream Producer

White City, London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a gaming-focused production company and award-winning creative agency working out of our office in West London.

Ideal Candidate:
You will have at least 2 years of experience as a producer with social media and digital expertise as well as a strong, up-to-date interest in the game industry. A proven ability to self-shoot with a showreel of your work will make your application stand out and a working knowledge of livestreaming and software such as Wirecast, xSplit, OBS and hardware such as Tricaster/Atem is essential.
You will be able to set up a live stream in our studio or lead a shoot on-location, troubleshooting as and when required, and acting as the first point of contact with clients and suppliers on the ground.

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate digital content for the successful implementation of digital communications and brand campaigns.
• Set up, plan and oversee shoots and livestreams from various destinations around the world.
• Ensure the technical standards of delivery are up to the required spec.
• Liaise with external clients and stakeholders to ensure we always exceed their expectations.
• Manage internal and external crew and suppliers to produce high quality content on time and within budget.

Essential Criteria:
• Experienced in producing livestreams across multiple platforms both in studio and on location.
• Experienced producing location video shoots, overseeing crew and directing talent.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience developing and producing digital content across all digital channels including YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for a high-profile brand or organisation.
• Intermediate level in Adobe Creative Suite to create and reversion assets.
• An understanding of digital analytics reporting and evaluation and social media analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage production schedules, travel logistics and work within budget.
• Experience working with clients, freelancers and creative agencies.
• Working knowledge of video editing software and streaming software such as XSplit/Wirecast and hardware such as ATEM/Blackmagic.
• Proficient self-shooter who can set up basic lighting and audio.
