You will be responsible for writing engaging, unique copy, ensuring all products are represented correctly and online best practice is followed whist thinking commercially, optimising the products to reach seasonal budgets. The Role• Enhance the overall customer experience using visual merchandising and optimisation tools. • Write engaging, unique copy that best represents the product, ensuring best practice, SEO and brand identity is followed.• Ensure products are enhanced and represented accurately and attractively online with model imagery and product enhancements.• Maintain omni-channel services, ensuring these are clearly communicated to the customer and housekept for internal departments.• Keep up with online and digital trends and have a good understanding of the wider Ecommerce business. • Ensure overall site health is maintained by conducting site walks, testing features and reporting errors to the relevant teams.• Participate in projects to support the department strategy, retrieving and recording weekly online data.Your Skills and Experience • Experience of working with Ecommerce Content Management Systems and updating or creating visual displays online.• Computer literate and able to work with multiple systems.• It is desirable to have experience working with Magento, Storyblok, Klevu and/or Project Management tools such as JIRA/Trello.
