We are looking for a charismatic go-getter and an individual that has a passion for creating new high-quality, exciting, and engaging content for distribution online. Specifically, though, you will have expert knowledge of viral marketing and a proven background in YouTube channel growth. You will be required to conceptualise, story write, film/create, edit, present and publish all of your content with brand awareness and digital engagement being the KPIs you are measured against alongside channel growth (subscribers), attributed sales, and revenue from monetised YouTube videos. This job is based out of our Bedford Headquarters - MK41 0LF Your responsibilities include: Devise a strategy to increase video views, channel growth and brand awarenessManaging daily, weekly, and monthly content plansActively report on performance-based agreed KPIsCreate, manage, present, and edit digital content (Specifically YouTube)Experience in managing paid search campaigns (YouTube ads)Create and publish daily shortsYou will be confident in writing digital copy with the ability to write for YouTube searchConceptualise, storyboard, and create video from start to finish including content launchCarry out all other requests from management on an ad-hoc or regular basis as requiredCreate digital assets needed for successful video productions Essential:Knowledge of viral marketing tactics.Proven ability to produce and promote video content - from start to finish.An understanding of YouTube SEO to boost the performance of listings.Adobe Premier and After Effects for video editing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Desirable:An understanding of monetisation and experience of paid promotions of video content Requirements:Right to work in the UK without sponsorship Benefits:29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
